After successfully completing my degree in theoretical computer science, I began my professional career at SoftEd Systems in 1995.
From 2000 to 2006, as a senior consultant and manager at Accenture, I expanded my know-how in many areas, including program management.
Since 2006, I have been supporting my customers with Ervolution™ as a freelancer in project, program and process management.
In further evaluating my experiences, I developed a methodology for consistent and continuous strategic product development. After a few lectures, a publication in a specialist magazine and customer assignments on this topic, I decided to try it out for myself at the end of 2018, which culminated in a circumnavigation of the world from 2019 to 2021.
Already on the way back, I found my way back to management consulting. Since then, I have been available again as a competent consultant and manager for projects, programs and processes.
