This year’s JUG Saxony Day took place in Radebeul on September 27, 2024. After a long break, I was finally there again this year and was able to show the participants what happens when you apply the Strategic Product Development (SPE) methodology in a self-experiment.

Once again, I enjoyed inspiring participants to think outside the box of everyday challenges and familiarize themselves with the opportunities of strategic product development.
